Always wanted to learn to recognize Greek words?
You are in luck. PRONUNCIATION is a lesson from Father
Anthony Moschonas. NOTE: Father Anthony is giving
a more modern pronunciation to these words, but
(the GOOD news) there is less difference between them
than between our Americanized pronunciation. And
there is less difference between erasmian (academic)
pronunciation in Greek than there is in Latin.
This pronunciation is worth the minimal effort
to learn.
Series ALFA is just some words in Greek script for each
letter of the Greek alphabet. You can practice by checking
the letters with a Greek alphabet found in LESSON 1.
Most words deal with rhetoric or speaking and writing.
I added some pages for learning the Hebrew alphabet,
since nowhere on the Web could I findsuch exercises.
