This student visa will allow you to enter the country and will have to be renewed upon arrival. Therefore, all students are required to submit their passport to the Center along with the 3 ID-size photographs mentioned below upon arrival. Students wishing to continue their studies at the Center beyond the initial term may benefit from the Center’s services to extend the length of their visas. Such students will have to enroll for the next course/semester and pay tuition accordingly.

When you send all of the required documents, your application will be submitted to admission commission. In case of their approval, a letter of invitation will be sent to you and a visa request will be submitted to the ministry of Foreign Affairs. You will have to wait for them to announce their decision to the embassy of I.R. Iran in your home country/the country you are applying from.
ICPS can only make an application to the ministry of Foreign Affairs for your visa issuance and is not responsible for its delay, and CAN NOT hasten it.
ICPS DOES NOT renew tourist visas for students who have finished their courses and wish to remain in Iran.
Housing expenses and other costs are approximately 7,000,000–13,000,000 rials (about US$ 800-1500) per semester (Of course, how much you will need depends greatly on your lifestyle and what you plan to do while you are in Iran).
The university dormitory is only for Group A students and can be reserved at 450,000 rials (about US$ 50) per month, which should be paid in rials at the dormitory.
All enrollees, who have some knowledge of Persian language, are given a placement test on arrival to assess their language level, followed by an interview. They are then placed in a class that matches their language needs.
All enrollees must receive a copy of bank receipt at ICPS and pay their tuition fee to the ICPS account at the bank "Tejarat" personally and return the receipt to the center. Credit cards are not acceptable.
In case of late arrival or early leave, due to personal or academic problems, the tuition fee must be fully paid.
Students, who intend to visit Iranian cities other than Tehran, can get an official permission from ICPS and travel to those cities during weekends, official holidays or the interval between two semesters.
Ladies photographs must be veiled.
