Call for 2009 ISL Officer Nominations


Nominations are now being received in the Central Office for ISL President-Elect (2-year term) and for 5 Executive Committee members for 4-year terms (maximum of 2 consecutive terms or 8 continuous years permitted), 2 members of the Nominating Committee, and 2 ISL-member Auditors. Nomination packets should include the nomination letter from an Active Member of the ISL (self-nominations are allowed) and a full biographical sketch (curriculum vitae), along with specific information on service and/or contributions to the ISL or ISL-affiliate chapters/societies (e.g., serving as ISL officer, or on ISL committees/taskforces, ISL and affiliate Congress organizer, Editor or reviewer of manuscripts for the journal Lymphology). Nomination packets should be sent to the Central Office for review by the Nominating Committee. Nominations will also be accepted up through the time of the 22nd International Congress of Lymphology and elections will be held during the General Assembly on September 25th, the last day of the main Congress in Sydney.


Nominations sent by e-mail should be sent to grace@surgery.arizona.edu or turned in at the ISL membership booth at the Congress.
