  Sane again

Eight hours of Beatles + long walks in the forest + no cell phone + hearing that you are needed by friends and family = reestablishment of sanity for Wendy

Yes, that's right, I have been of less than sound mind as of late. Fortunately I know just the remedy for such deviations from my usual jolly, chipper, optomistic self: the above equation. As Dave put it, every three years or so all of my over ambitious life catches up with me (i.e. 21 hours of school, 15 hours of work, 10 hours of homework, too many hours of socializing and not enough hours of sleep a week) and brings me to a scary sort of lethargic, depressive state of mind. After excaping from everything for the weekend up at my dad's Christopher Creek cabin and catching up on some sleep, nature, meditation, and homework, I feel 200% better and am ready to take on the world again.

Speaking of taking on the world... I am seriously investigating my options for studying abroad for next year in Europe. Mainly Scottland or England, though I wont discount Sweeden, Norway, New Zealand or Austraila too soon. I'll keep y'all updated as time goes by.

In the near future I will be working hard on all my classes and preparing a research poster for the upcoming tests and Biochem research retreat, so don't expect to hear from me too terribly soon. But don't hesitate to call me this weekend if you want to try to catch me. I'm always willing to make time for friends. Talk to you all if you call!!! Take care and remember: No Worries!
