  Nothing to blame

Hey Everyone! Its been so long. I bet you missed me. But actually I couldn't tell because no one freaking shouts on my shout box anymore! Shame on you. Consider yourself duely punished for your neglect. Anywho, the most astonishing thing that has happened recently was my 20th birthday last weekend. That's right, I can no longer blame anything I do on being a "teenager." Oh, well, I had a week full of facinating events including trips to Mexico, the Bunny Ranch, a big party, and dinners with both parents. And if you are a bit miffed about not receiving an invite to the party, then that is your own damn fault for either being too far away or not calling or emailing me in the last month. The people that were around were magnificent to me. I must have done something right in my 20 years to deserve all of the love and friendship that I experienced for my special day. And I have the bestest best friend in the whole wide world: Laurel Ann. She is glorious and it is fantastic finally having you by my side in Sunny AZ.

I've had my first round of tests for the semester. Some went better than others, but that is the natural order of things, no? And I have to admit that I may have bitten a bit more than I could chew by transfering into Physics for Physics majors. But I am doing better than the vast majority of those dweebs. Its neat being surrounded by scientists of a different mind frame though.

Too much time with Biochemists can do a number on you. Trust me I know. Absolutely the best time in my life though. Garunteed. So, as far as gifts go, I made out. I'm sure that I'll have to pay for it in Karma, because I don't know what I did to deserve this all, but we'll see. My excitement about all of this will give you an insight into my demented, super-dork world. Dave gave me the begining of a box set of my all time favorite Anime: The Getbackers. So freaking awesome, although the english voices freak me out, so I will still watch them in Japanese. Lauren gave me the coolest damn poster of The Darkness with Justin doing his trade-mark jump kick. Rad as hell and definately in a frame over my bed. She also got me an excellent Autobiography mag of Paul McCartney, which apparently fits a theme of something that I am waiting on snail mail for. Yet another reason for guys not sticking around long. Tiffany got me the collector's edition of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Soooo excellent and the inspiration for a number of my ludest away messages. My good friend Chad got me one of the most killer gifts of all: A signed Darkness LP of Permission to Land. I cannnot express my elation at receiving that one. It definately is finding a special place in a display box with my signed CD case and ticket from the concert. To all you who covet the vinyl Darkness, "Eat it!" And thank you to Chad once again. The gift my momma gave me will most definately bring me endless hours of happiness: The Beatles' Anthology DVD set. Yeah, that's eleven hours of Beatles Mania. If you need a Beatles fix like I so often do, just ring me and we shall be satisfied. Garunteed, its fantastic. Makes me sooo happy. And that brings me to my daddy, the best daddy in the world. Not only did I get a rockin' flat screen tv for watching DVDs and Presidential Debates, and an extravegant, exquisite dinner at Sullivans, but he is also going to take me Sky diving. Yeah, imagine me jumping out of a moving plane and plumeting towards the ground until I hit terminal velocity then getting rocketed back up by the force of the parachute. Definately going to be something to talk about for a looooooong time. Thats it. Time to watch Bushy botch it up again. :) He really sucks at life.
