after TD
Words can not describe the elation I felt at
The Darkness concert on Thursday. The concert was by far the
best rock show I have ever seen, and it was in such a small
venue that I was completely overwhelmed. Dave and I bought
just about all they had including Darkness shirts, belts,
visors, signed CDs and panties. Yes that is right...everything.
Oh and my "futile" attempts at getting back stage
bought us the oportunity to get "on the list" next
time The Darkness is in town. I love my corsette. Only goodness
comes from that thing. Thanks Shar! The four of us Darkness
fans rocked out at the concert like you wouldn't believe.
Maulik and I successfully smuggled in our digital cameras
and avoided getting our memory cards taken. Maulik got some
fantastic shots and I got a number of great 30 sec videos
that will soon be on display on David's site: www.u.arizona.edu/~ingram.
I have posted 13 fun pics from the show that I took on my
"not-so-perfect-for-the-occasion" camera, but please
enjoy. To say the least, the Day of The Darkness surpassed
even my most lofty imaginings. Thank you, Justin, Dan, Frankie,
and Ed. I bow to you and await the day that you return to
the desert and I will finally meet you all.
