The English Teaching Major

In 1999, advising for majors and pre-majors in English Teaching moved from the Department of Teaching and Teaching Education to the Department of English. When classes are in session, advising services are available daily from 9:00 to 5:00 in the Undergraduate English Advising Center (Modern Languages 450; phone 621-5421). Students transferring to the University to prepare for careers in English Teaching, or changing from another major program, should follow the links on this page.
