TRAD 104 - SCIENCE AND INQUIRY - FALL 2005
TA: Will Braynen
Sections 29, 30, 31

My office hours

My office hours are before lecture:
Mon & Wed, 10:20am - 11:50am
Social Sciences, Room 130.

It's a good idea to email me to let me know you're coming, so I don't miss you by stepping out of the office. But unannounced visits are also welcome during office hours.

My Mailbox

If you miss a discussion meeting and need to hand something in, you can either drop by during my office hours or simply leave it in my mail box (that one that says "William Braynen" above it), which can be found in room 213 of the Social Sciences Building. It's the Philosophy Department's main office. (A note as to what you're leaving and why might be helpful, especially if you accidentally put it in the wrong mailbox.)

TRAD 104 Syllabus (A syllabus contains an approximate timeline of topics covered and a schedule of exams and work due in the class. A syllabus is also like a contract which says what work is required and how your grade will be calculated; if you don't want to accept the contract, drop the class and take something else with a contract more acceptable to you.)

Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy (contains great, albeit not-always-easy-to-read overview articles)
