CURRENT STATUS AND INTERESTS

 

I am a postdoc in the Michael Hammer Laboratory at the University of Arizona.

 

My research interests include: human (with particular emphasis on sub-Saharan African populations) and primate population genetics evolutionary medicine, pharmacogenetics and the genetics of childhood neurological disorders.

Routinely use advanced statistical techniques as applied to population genetics.

 

Considerable expertise in the multi-platform computer programming language ÔPythonÕ as well as substantial experience with ÔRÕ, ÔAwkÕ and ÔMatlabÕ
