you are here: the journal of creative geography is published by graduate students in the Department of Geography & Regional Development at the University of Arizona. The journal is an independent, annual publication that seeks to explore the concept of place through articles, fiction, poetry, essays, maps, photographs, and art.

you are here encourages submissions from geographers, historians, anthropologists, architects, scientists, writers, artists, and anyone else interested in exploring creative geography.

EDITOR

The 2008-2009 Editor of the journal is Rafael Routson. Currently a PhD candidate in the Department of Geography, Rafael has had a long-time interest in place. Please email your questions to her.


ART DIRECTOR

Hailing from the School of Art at the University of Arizona, Margaret Kimball is this year's art director. She is a MFA candidate in the department of Visual Communications and coded and designed this very website you are reading. Feel free to email her.
