The Biomedical Engineering Seminar Series meets every Monday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. BME 516 students are encouraged to participate in this seminar series as it will increase your exposure to a variety of topics in biomedical engineering. Participation is not required as part of the course, but extra credit will be given to students who attend a seminar and provide a one-paragraph summary of the talk. The extra credit points will count towards the homework portion of the grade. If you attend a seminar, please see thoe course coordinator before or after the seminar so that he can make a note that you attended.

Note - extra credit will not alter the distribution of grades for the course. Extra credit points will be taken into consideration after course grade calculations have been made. In other words, extra credit points can help you, but they won't hurt anyone else.
