B.S Materials Engineering, San Jose State University 2010
M.S. Materials Science and Engineering, University of Arizona, 2011
Ph.D. Materials Science and Engineering, University of Arizona, 2015

I obtained my Bachelors of Science in Materials Engineering from San Jose State University in spring 2010. While attending SJSU, I worked as an intern for Bloom Energy, a startup solid oxide fuel-cell company. In fall 2011 I completed my MS in MSE under the guidance of Dr. Pierre Deymier focusing on phononic crystals and acoustic metamaterials. In May 2015 I completed my PhD in MSE with a minor in computational materials science at the University of Arizonaunder the guidance of Profs. Krishna Muralidharan and Pierre Deymier.
