Hobbies: reading, embroidery, counted cross-stitch, jewelry making, lapidary, archery, and helping look after my niece and nephew.

I started karate in 1983 and liked it enough to still be doing it now.  I have been through three instructor certification programs (or was it four?) and I also have a B.M.Ed. (Bachelor of Music Education) from the U of A as my educational background.
