November 1999 to present – Applications Systems Analyst, Sr. / Webmaster / Project Manager

Currently Project Manager for the "Megabase" project, a development project in which a database my team is designing will be deployed in a multi-staged process with user-center designed web interface for three major user groups: in-house, in-network and general public. In conjunction with this project, I have created the timeline, staffing assignments, changeover plan, testing plan, design plan and have managed the database designers.

Successfully designed, developed, coded and launched a site redesign for www.tepp.org. I manage this site consisting of over 2200 content pages and 6400 total files, including 66 perl/cgi and 14 asp pages. The site features a literature ordering system which I designed and coded; cessation service providers directory which uses asp to read and display the directory data from an MS Access database; and a completely revamped Local Projects subsite that includes individual home pages for forty organizations. Other features I designed, coded and implemented on tepp.org include calendaring, searchable staff directory, searchable ordinance and policy section, on-line event registration, various forms submittals and contact mechanisms.

I also manage the www.ashline.org site, which was redesigned and launched in November, 2001. This site supports the activities of the Ashline telephone-based statewide cessation program.

Until October, 2000, I was project manager for the Arizona College of Public Health web site at www.publichealth.arizona.edu.

As webmaster, I manage the Internet Office for the statewide Arizona Tobacco Information Network (ATIN) project. This includes managing, recruiting and hiring regular and student workers. I write the Internet Office portion of the quarterly and annual reports.
