I graduated with a PhD degree in Engineering Mechanics in December 2008 from the department of Civil Engineering & Engineering Mechanics at the University of Arizona. My research focus was on ultrasonic field modeling in non-uniform structure with Distributed Point Source Method. My advisor was Dr.Tribikram Kundu .

Research:
I am interested in computational solid mechanics with a particular emphasis on wave propagation in different media. I am also interested in Structural Health Monitoring, Nondestructive Evaluation.
Industrial Experience:
From 2009- Present I have been working as a Senior Project Engineer with
Acellent Technologies Inc. Here I work in the research and product development
in the field of Structural Health Monitoring.
From 2001- 2003 I worked as a Structural Design Engineer with Development Consultants Private Limited and
engaged in structural analysis and design of different types of power-plant
structure.
