I am a PhD candidate in the department of Civil Engineering & Engineering Mechanics at the University of Arizona. My research focus is on ultrasonic field modeling in non-uniform structure with Distributed Point Source Method. My advisor is Dr.Tribikram Kundu .

1997-2001 BCE in Civil Engineering at Jadavpur University, Kolkata
Research:
I am interested in computational solid mechanics with a particular emphasis on wave propagation in different media. My current research work is to develop ultrasonic field model for different types of non-planar structures with the help of a recently developed semi-analytical method named Distributed Point Source Method (DPSM).
Industrial Experience:
From 2001- 2003 I worked as a Structural Design Engineer with Development Consultants Private Limited and
engaged in structural analysis and design of different types of power-plant
structure.
