I am an archaeology PhD Candidate in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Arizona.
I am currently writing my dissertation, which I anticipate having completed and defended by May 2008.

My dissertation project involves the adaptation of methods and techniques from quaternary geoscience to evaluate hypotheses concerning the presence/absence and ecological significance of human impacts to ancient fire regimes in conifer dominated uplands of the Southwest US.
