Spanish Club
In our Spanish department we have a vibrant Spanish Club. Students of all levels meet once a week and exchange experiences, tips, and their passion for the Spanish language and Hispanic culture. The meetings take place every Wednesday, at No Anchovies pizzeria, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. All you need to do is show up and be ready to speak Spanish and maybe eat some pizza.

My name is Roberto Mendoza Farías, and I am a doctoral candidate (ABD) and
an instructor at the University
of Arizona, in Tucson. I created this website to share information
with my students and with anyone who is interested in the Spanish language and culture, as well as in literature.
My office is located in the Modern Languages building, #280. For the Fall semester, 2009, my office hours are Mondays and Wednesdays, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., or by appointment. You can also find me online at the Spanish
