Interstellar TEACH Project

     The University of Arizona, Department of Special Education, Rehabilitation, and School Psychology is recruiting students who desire to become high quality specialists in special education and who are interested in professional preparation CC Special Education Teacher Certification and MA degrees. This project is an interdisciplinary and col laborative model to prepare teachers with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively assess and educate students at risk in special education and in inclusive settings in high poverty urban or rural schools. In addition to the faculty in the Department of Special Education, Rehabilitation, and School Psychology, this program partners with faculty in the Department of Language, Reading, and Culture, the Department of Teaching and Teacher Education, and the Department of Speech and Hearing Sciences to provide you with unique professional training and experiences. The project offers stipends and tuition waivers for qualified full time and part time students.
