In 2005, I was one of seven to be nominated for the College of Education (COE) Staff Service Award. I believe it is an accomplishment and honor to be recognized by your peers and supervisors. I thank them for this recognization.
In 2002-03, I was Chair of the Communications Committee for the Staff Advisory Council (SAC) in the College of Education. From 1998-99 to 1999-2000, I was the Corresponding Secretary for the COE-SAC. In my spare time, I work as a Special Events Monitor for Parking & Transportation at the UofA. I also work full-time as an Assistant Manager at one of the local Circle K convenience stores.
In 1999, I received The University of Arizona's 1999 Awards for Excellence. It was, indeed, a very great honor to be among the "Best of the Best" staff at The University of Arizona. I thank those who nominated me, who helped me along the way, and those who chose me to be one of the Best of The Best.
In December 1999, I received an Associate of Applied Science Degree (Small Business Computer Specialist), AAS, and in December 1998, I received an Associate Degree in General Studies, AGS. Both were from Pima Community College in Tucson, Arizona.
Other Departments with which I have worked:
History, Psychology, Environmental Research Lab, UofA Student Bookstore.
