Our laboratory is interested in the development of multiple immunotherapeutic strategies for cancer. Our research program is based on a basic and translational approach that aims at understanding the regulatory networks involved in tumor-induced immunosuppression, at designing strategies to overcome cancer escape from elimination by the immune system and focuses on the development of novel tumor vaccines. These immunotherapeutic approaches are also evaluated in the field of bone marrow transplantation. |
