The Sanctificationist of Ajo
Founder & ramrod, a proponent of least said is soonest mended, she bermed the soil, certain the workings of the spirit transform us into raised flower beds, her sanctification a thorn in the flesh of those husbands subject to root rot & a face-saving semblance of daytime control. Oh, that shadow war on rooftops, every woman beholden for small necessities, every man an unflappable giant, striding as if he owned the town.
