Research Summary

I am developing new MRI contrast agents that can detect enzyme activities in pre-clinical models of cancer. I am also developing nano-sized MRI contrast agents that disassemble within the body in response to enzyme activities and in order to facilitate pharmacokinetic clearance from the body. These contrast agents constitute a new paradigm for molecular imaging.
