M.A. Program - Prescott College
"Facilitating Education from the Library"
Thesis: "A Constructivist Study of Developing Curriculum to Teach Internet Information Literacy to Navajo High School Students"
For course descriptions of my program - requires Adobe Acrobat Reader
The Prescott College philosophy is one of self-designed, student-centered, flexible programs: The Master of Arts Program
(MAP) centers on self-directed independent study. MAP provides students with a great deal of flexibility in designing their own studies in the areas of Counseling and Psychology, Education, Environmental Studies, Humanities, and Adventure Education. Students can design highly individualized programs, while extending beyond the confines of traditionally departmentalized graduate study. I chose to focus on Library Science, Native American Studies, and Technology. http://www.prescott.edu/map/graduate.html#flexible
