"Here the direction is the same, but the attributes are different. The Amazon probably held her bow in the left hand, there must have been a quiver as shown by the baldrick. We note that in the preliminary sketch the artist had wanted to give her a pointed cap but in the final drawing changed it to a rounded cap. She wears a sleeved jacket which may have been part of a combination with trousers."
