Phantom of the Opera
The first time I listend
to Andrew
Lloyd Webber's Phantom of the Opera it was off an old tape that
my mom had picked up at a garage sale down the street from our house. What
I didn't know at the time was that there were actually two tapes and she
had only gotten one of them, I guess thats why there were selling it. So
for quite some time I was under the impression that the musical ended after
the chandalier crashed at the end of the first act. Since then I got the
chance to attend a performance of the musical down in Tucson while I was
living in Cochise. What can I say, everyone involved did an excellent job.
After the musical was over I managed to get the pit to sign my play bill,
go musicians!
