Court size - 46 feet long x 18 feet wide
Height of net- 5 feet

Rackets
The object of the game
To hit the birdie back and forth over a net without letting it hit the ground in bounds on your side of the court.
Rules
1. You cannot touch the net with the racket during play.
2. The birdie cannot come to a stop or be carried on the racket.
3. The shuttlecock can touch the net on its way across the court.
4. A player may not reach over the net to hit the shuttlecock.
5. The term "loss of serve" is called a "side out".
6. Games are played to 15 points and a match is 2 out of 3 games.
7. Types of shots are the lob, drop shot, and smash.
Serving
1. A coin toss decides who will serve first.
2. The servehas to travel diagonally across the court to count.
3. A serve cannot touch the net or land on your side of the court or it is a let.
4. A serve that is wiffed can be re-attempted.
5. When serving you must hit the birdie below your waist.
6. Points are only scored when the serving side wins a rally.
7. If the shuttlecock hits any of the lines it is considered in bounds.
