Research
My areas of interest and research are in curriculum design and
educational practice, focusing on academically diverse learners (special
education and at-risk students) in urban science
classrooms, particularly utilizing technology to assist development of
conceptual understandings.
Besides this, I have a deep interest in science teacher preparation and mentoring for new science teachers.
The object of
education is to prepare the young to educate themselves throughout their
