Resources Available for Instructors

I have the following items that I am happy to share with any instructors:

· Detailed powerpoint presentations with notes to go along with all of the chapters

· Supplementary readings (complete documents available as .pdf files)

If you would like any of these, please don’t hesitate to email me with your name, the course you’re teaching (including school), and your mailing address. I will send the materials on a CD (they’re too large for an email).
