Erase All Keyword
E switch alternative. Provided only as a last resort if the display engine gets broken somehow and leaves pixels on the screen. This has a double penalty, not only is the frame that this occurs in the full size of the screen, when it is processed (in the drawing phase) all screen buffers are cleared (which can take a few hundred milliseconds).
There is a possibility of it actually inducing display errors as I have a
documented case of it doing so when used in the last frame of an item, given
<EraseAll> is superfluous from
the outset it's not a high priority on my list. If you do have stray
pixels left on the screen from previous items it is far better to use the
mechanism specifically designed to deal with them,
