<ci N,expression>

    If expression evaluates to a non-zero value the next item to be processed will be item number N.   See <Branch> and <SetCounter>.

   NOTE: Unlike other counter based branches, expression is evaluated as the item is parsed before the display has been generated or the RT has been gathered or conditional counter increment and decrement keywords have been executed.   See the end of <SetCounter> for details.
