Welcome to my website! I am currently finishing my Ph.D in Economics at the University of Arizona.

My research includes topics that fall within the following fields:

My current research includes work on public health education, unregulated farm markets, and single-sex schools. The titles of the different sections of my dissertation are:

• Public Health Movements, Local Poor Relief, and Child Mortality in American Cities: 1923-1932

• The Effects of Weather Shocks on Crop Prices in Unfettered Markets:  The United States Prior to the Farm Programs, 1895-1932

• The Labor Market Returns to Attending a Female Dominated School
