The University of Arizona Pediatric Hematology/Oncology/Blood and Marrow Transplant Program

Our multidisciplinary team of experts provide "state of the art" care in diagnosing, treating, and long term follow up of children and adolescents with cancer and blood disorders 

We provide:

  • A FACT accredited pediatric and young adult, autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplantation program, including related and unrelated bone marrow and umbilical cord blood transplants
  • Treatment of leukemias, lymphomas and post-solid organ lymphoproliferative disorders
  • Comprehensive treatment of patients with solid tumors including brain tumors
  • Phase I/II/III clinical trials as part of the Children's Oncology Group (COG) and other consortiums
  • Consultation services for anemias, neutropenias and thrombocytopenias
  • Management of patients with sickle cell disease and other hemoglobinopathies 
  • Comprehensive care of patients with hemophilia and other bleeding and clotting disorders
