Crostini di Carciofi - Toasted Artichokes
Makes 20 pieces

Loaf of rustic bread thinly sliced
1 bottle of Artichoke Antipasto (Trader Joe's)
¾ cup grated parmesan

Lightly toast bread in 350º F oven. Cool. At dinner, spread crostini with Artichoke mixture and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Heat in oven until warm and serve.
