Are you a Leader of the World?

 

There are many leaders in the world today, but what makes them a leader? Is it inherent, do they acquire it through conditioning? These are questions that are asked by the masses. We intend to answer these questions and give you examples of how to m ake yourselves better leaders and to let you find out if you are a "leader of the world". Within this website you may discover characteristics of leaders and their styles, you may also find theories of why they have become the types of leaders they are.

 

Some leaders may have been charismatic; these are leaders that have a certain charm about them. People follow them because they want to not because they are forced to. It is like the Pied Piper, people hear their music and they follow them even if it means off a cliff. Jim Jones would be a good example of this, for he convinced 919+ people to believe in his beliefs and die f or them.

 

Physical attractiveness, another inherent quality may have caused blindness in the followers in which they were unaware of the direction they were going. Michael Jordan would be an example for he is the most recognized celebrity throughout the world, although he is skillful he has a look about him that is not easily forgotten.

 

Intelligence, another characteristic that rates high among leadership qualities can be found in Albert Einstein. He came up with many formulas that evaded our modern thoughts for years. He became an icon for all that modern science stands for.

 

These are just a few characteristics of leadership for you to investigate. Obviously, there are many more that you can explore yourself. We have begun the research, now it is up to you to further your curiosity about leadership and the different char acteristics it entails.

Our goal was to give you enough information so you could decipher if you were a leader of the world, and if you were, what type of le ader you would represent. What we have given you is an overview of some theorists thoughts and views in hopes that you realize that there are many more to go along with these.
