Broccoli-Raisin Salad
1 bunch of
broccoli, broken or cut up into flowerets
1
c. celery, sliced
1/2
c. chopped red onion
1/2
c. raisins
1/2
c. sunflower seeds ( you can leave
these
out if you can't eat seeds)
8-10 slices of cooked bacon,
crumbled up
You can also add almonds, halved grapes, diced
apple.
Dressing:
3/4
c. mayo
2
T. vinegar
1/4
c. sugar
Milk to thin, if needed.
Mix this up
and
pour over the salad.
