Ronald Breiger (A.B. Brandeis, 1970; PhD Harvard, 1975) taught at Harvard (Assistant to Associate Professor) and Cornell (Professor to Goldwin Smith Professor of Sociology) before coming to the University of Arizona as a visiting professor in 1999 and as a Professor in the Department of Sociology in 2000. His interests include social networks, adversarial networks, stratification, mathematical models, theory, and measurement issues in cultural and institutional analysis.
