Welcome
Welcome to my website! I'm going to try and
keep this a little more updated than I have in
the past. I've also taken down some information
that is a little outdated, updated my CV, and
have updated my research page! I have removed
some information about my personal life, and I'm slowly converting
this website for a more professional purpose.
Latest Bryan
I am
beginning my third year of graduate school at
the University of Arizona this fall. I will be
completing my formal proposal for my PhD dissertation
sometime in the early fall. Once this is done, I'll
begin my written and oral examinations. Then, after
clearing these hurdles, I will be working full time
on my dissertation research.
Last year I was awarded an NSF BioME Fellowship, which will
be my support for the 2009-2010 school year. NSF BioME
places graduate level students in HS classrooms to bring
scientific enrichment and resources of the university level
research into local classrooms at all levels of K-12 education.
I will be working at Palo Verde HS here in Tucson, AZ with Kevin Kehl
in his Biology and Biotechnology classrooms.
