Authors should be members of the American Educational Research Association (AERA). Articles considered for publication should be substantially from presentations at the annual meeting of AERA. The deadline for submissions is 15 September, 2001.

Editorial review and revisions usually take 3-4 months. Language and format must conform to the Publication Manual of the American  Psychological Association (4th  ed., 1994). All figures must be camera-ready. Manuscripts not conforming to these specifications will be returned to the author for proper style change.
