cribbings
Always scribble, scribble, eh Mr. Toad
I have, on occasion, generated various screeds. Some for
publication, others just for the fun of it. My interests are
broad, however science, politics and music tend to feature most.
Here is some of my stuff (mostly older stuff at the moment): Life at the Edge of
Chaos - feature on the blossoming science of
complexity theory and Artificial Life (Honi Soit
1993) Lost in
Cyberspace - speculative
feature on cyberspace and the Internet with a strong
element of the fantastic (The Union Recorder
1992) Magic Squares, Mathematics
and Marriage - interview with Dr Gerry Myerson,
Lecturer in Mathematics, Macquarie University (Macquarie
University News 1994, still converting to hypertext) An Irregular
Mathematician Dr. William Chen Lecturer
in Mathematics, Macquarie University (Macquarie
University News 1994, still converting)
Great Moments
with Karl - an
interview with Karl Kruscelzniki (The Union Recorder
1992, still converting)
Techno grooves
downunder an interview with former
Brisbane-based electronic outfit Boxcar. (The Union Recorder
1992). Radio Dreams and
Nightmares unusual and esoteric
music round the dial on Sydney
radio (most of the some programmes covered are
still broadcasting, although some are now
dated). (Honi Soit 1993)
