If you are a Non-University of Arizona US student, please complete the five important steps below.
Priority Registration Deadline: Wednesday March 10, 2010. Applications will be accepted after this deadline, however, choice of classes will be limited.

| *** It is important that you submit all forms to the AILDI office ONLY!!! If your forms are sent to other departments, it will delay your registration and affect your class choices. Late registration will also result in delayed services (ie. library, campus health, recreation center, etc.)*** |
STEP 1: AILDI 2010 Registration Form
This form is required for all participants attending AILDI. Official registration for classes will take place during the orientation on Monday June 7, 2010.
STEP 2: University of Arizona Non-Degree Application Form (Undergraduate and Graduate*)
If you are not currently registered in any program at the UA, you will be considered a "summer only" non-degree student. This will allow you to earn 6 university level credits that can be transferred to appropriate degree programs within the University of Arizona or other universities. At the very top of the non-degree application form, please write "AILDI" in big, bold letters.

- Graduate* Non-Degree Application - There are a couple of ways to register.
- Click on Apply On-line! (when filling out your application, choose AILDI under "Sponsor/ Program Affiliation") OR
- If you prefer a hard copy, click here to download the form.
*Students that completed a college-level program are eligible to register for graduate classes.
- Undergraduate Applicants - $50.00 for Arizona residents OR $65.00 for non-Arizona residents
- Graduate Applicants - $35.00 for graduate students
STEP 4: Health Immunization FormAll checks or money orders are to be made payable to: The University of Arizona.
Students born after December 31, 1956, must complete a University of Arizona Immunization Requirement form. Note that if you were a previous UA student or AILDI participant, you do not need to complete this form provided your immunization form is still on file with the Campus Health Center. Please call Campus Health to confirm, at (520) 621-2384.
You can also visit their website for information about immunization requirements.Note: For registration purposes, the application process can be started by sending the AILDI registration form, the non-degree application form and the application fee (as indicated above) while you make arrangements to obtain your immunization form. The Health Immunization Form (original form is required) can be mailed to the AILDI office as soon as you have it but no later than Friday June 4, 2010.
