I M P O R T A N T    U P D A T E D    B U L L E T I N  (November 3):

The conference is now just one week away.  We wish everyone a safe and interesting trip to "The Land of Enchantment" and look forward to welcoming you to the 45th Annual Meetings.  The Registration Desk will be open from 5:00 to 9:00 PM on Wednesday, November 11, on the Mezzanine Level of La Fonda.  It will reopen Thursday morning at 9:00 AM and remain open throughout the conference.

If you have not already preregistered, we ask that you no longer send us forms in the mail but plan to register at the conference.  On-site registration fee is $120 ($65 for students).

4th Hotel Now Available!  Because of record-breaking turnout for this conference, all rooms in our blocks at BOTH La Fonda and Hotel Loretto were sold out long ago Also, our first overflow hotel, The Inn of the Governors, recently only had limited availability for some of the conference dates.  We have therefore arranged with the Radisson Santa Fe to take reservations from anyone who has still not booked a room.  Reservations coming in to the other hotels are being forwarded to the Radisson.  If you have not already done so, please book your hotel room at the Radisson IMMEDIATELY.  Details about how to do so are given in the "Conference Venues" section of this web site.  Click here to go to that section of the site.
