Preregistration for our
2011 Monterey 50th Annual Meeting and
2011 WRSA Membership
is being handled through the
website of the
North American Regional Science Council
(NARSC).
On-line preregistration and
payment is easy. And you'll save $90 by paying before
February 1!
Plus it saves
everybody time when checking in at the conference
registration table.
Note that no separate dues payment
is required for those registering for the conference -- participants
will be credited with 2011 memberships. Only those unable to
attend the conference need pay the
separate 2011 dues amounts listed.

If you are not already familiar
with the NARSC
site, here
are some simple step-by-step directions:
1.
Go
to the NARSC website:
http://www.narsc.org/
2. Click on the "User Area" tab
in
the menu on the left side of the
page.
If you have not previously
registered yourself on the NARSC website you
will
need to supply some contact
information and so forth.
Note: Your "User Name" is
usually
your email address. (And there is a "Forget
your password?" option if you
need
it.)
3. Once you are into the User
Area,
click on "Conference Registration."
4. You will see a pull-down
window to
choose a conference; select: "WRSA 2011."
5. After providing some basic
information, you'll be able to pay using either
Mastercard or
Visa.
If you are a student, enter the
name of your faculty sponsor in the box
provided
to receive the reduced student
rate for registration and membership.
If you wish to purchase
additional tickets to the luncheon and receptions for
non-participant accompanying
persons, please type their name(s) in the
boxes
provided.
If you are unable to participate
at this year's conference but wish to be a 2011
active member of the
Association, complete the
above procedures and
select
the
appropriate dues-only payment.
PAYING BY CHECK
INSTEAD OF WITH A CREDIT CARD?
You may pay
by check if you do not
wish to pay using a Mastercard or Visa through
the on-line payment system.
Register for the conference or to pay dues as above on the NARSC
website so we
will have all your contact information.
When you reach the payment
stage, however, click on the link to the pay-by-check
registration form. Print that form out and mail it in with your
check
(payable in
U.S. dollars only,
prior to February 1.) Thanks.
