Online Questionnaire Announcement
My name is Erin O'Bryan, and I am
a research specialist at the University
of Arizona. As part of a research project on language understanding, I
have created an electronic multiple choice questionnaire about words and
sentences. I invite all native speakers of English who are at least 18
years of age to participate in my online questionnaire study.
Participation in the study also requires the ability to read English
sentences. All of the results will be anonymous.
The purpose of my study is to collect judgments about the meanings of words and relationships between words. Analyses of these judgments will contribute to ongoing research focused on how sentences are understood.
Participation in the study is voluntary. If you choose to participate, you will not enter your name or other identifying information at any time. I will not be able to determine whether you individually chose to participate in the study.

If you know other native English speakers who are at least 18 years of age who might like to participate in my study, please feel free to tell them about my study. The study will end by December 31, 2008.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at:
Thank you very much for taking the time to complete my survey. I greatly
appreciate it!
Sincerely,
Erin L. O.Bryan, Ph.D.
