Arizona Bass Festival was held in March at both UA and ASU

Numerous UA RECITALS were played See ArizonaBassPlayers.org for other all-State events.

Bass Boot Camp occured on May 8th, 2008. Work-outs relating your natural motions and abilities to "sight read" were directly related to bass playing. Trust and ensemble playing, balance and form were also discussed and exercised in the desert. Cook-out with grilled salmon, chocolate cake and plenty to drink followed...
Now an annual tradition, BBC2008 happened after juries, on the same day!
Bass Boot Camp is open to any bass players or friend.
