I. Paraphilias: all involve

A. sexual arousal and/or sexual activity with inappropriate partners or involving pain & suffering;

B. diagnosis is made if person finds the urges distressing, or if the person acts out on the urges (even if not distressing).

2. Fetishism

3. Frotteurism

4. Pedophilia

5. Sexual Masochism

6. Sexual Sadism

7. Transvestic Fetishism

8. Voyeurism

9. NOS (Telephone scatologia, Necrophilia, Partialism, Zoophilia, Coprophilia, Urophilia, Klismaphilia).

II. Sexual Dysfunctions;

A. essential feature is inhibition in the appetitive or psychophysiologic changes that characterize the complete sexual response cycle.

B. Specifically: (not mutually-exclusive)

1. Sexual Desire Disorders:

a. Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder,

b. Sexual Aversion Disorder

2. Sexual Arousal Disorders:

a. Female Sexual Arousal disorder,

b. Male Erectile disorder

3. Orgasm Disorders:

a. Female Orgasmic Disorder

b. Male Orgasmic Disorder

c. Premature Ejaculation

4. Sexual Pain Disorders:

a. Dyspareunia

b. Vaginismus
